From the early morning scene at Daytona International Speedway when Austin Dillon’s car flew into the catch fence to Kyle Busch’s championship celebration at Homestead-Miami Speedway after completing a miraculous comeback, it was a year of powerful images.

2015 Champion’s Week Schedule

Welcome to Champion’s Week! NASCAR has embarked on Las Vegas, Nevada to celebrate the 2015 season, the 16 Chase for the Sprint Cup contenders and 2015 Sprint Cup Series champion Kyle Busch. Throughout the week, various events will highlight the best moments of the year and allow fans to join the celebration.

Kyle Busch: The Championship Story of a Lifetime

Taking the darkness of the start of the year following his horrific crash in the NASCAR XFINITY Series’ opening race and transforming into the light of success is nothing short of a miraculous feat.

While the format can be questioned, nothing about what Busch pulled off in 2015 came easy, making the glory of a championship that much more sweet. Kyle Busch Captures the 2015 NASCAR Sprint Cup Series Championship

Essence of the New Chase Format Produced the Championship 4

A season’s worth of hard work has led to this race, this moment, this opportunity.

Four drivers, one dream, one championship.

The Championship 4 have pieced together a masterful year. They have combined victory, consistency and tenacity throughout the regular season and Chase for the Sprint Cup to reach this point. As a result of their hard work and tremendous effort, they have been rewarded with the chance to chase glory in a winner-take-all finale at Homestead-Miami Speedway. Busch Earned the Opportunity to Race for the Championship

After his horrific crash during the NASCAR XFINITY Series opener at Daytona International Speedway, nearly everyone counted him out of contention for the championship in 2015.

Now nine months following the most devastating day of the Joe Gibbs Racing driver’s career, he is in position to compete for the title in the season finale. This moment was unimaginable on that dreary day in Daytona Beach, Florida. However, as a result of the hard work Busch put into his recovery, he earned this opportunity. Electrifying Eliminations Ahead in Dover

It has produced drama fans only saw in the second half of the final ten races last fall. This attests to the intensity associated with the new system.
